Siblings not allowing distribution of assets of deceased father!

What a cruelity by siblings who are also legal heirs in the assets of deceased father who died in 1996 interstate.

Querist has 20% share which works out to be 5 Croes as on date and is the eldest and has cooperated in obtaining LoA and Consent Terms but others are not moving forward and blackmailing him to knockdown 1Crore as gift which is not acceptable.

He now being a senior citizen approaching 80 is the only male member and worried for his family.

Kindly help and guide how to file criminal case to resolve the problem as police is not helping.

Querist has documents & email communication to prove how late father's signature was forged to grab 1Crore worth of shares and asking money from querist.

Experts kindly help and guide. Thanks in advance.

If you were not able to get your share out of your father's property you should have filed a suit for partition.

If you have any other problem that you didn't let it know here then you consult your own lawyer for solution.

Sir due to Court fee of 3 lacs Partition Suit could not be fined. Querist is a retired person without any pension. But will do so now by home mortgage if it's not time barred. Thanks
