My grandfather (Mother's Father) did not made a will. My mother's brothers convience her that she has two flats after her marriage and she should not expect equal share, but lesser. She agreed at 12.5 % compared to 25 % (Total members : 2 brother and 2 sister). My Younger Mama was very ill, so he gave his sign for 37.5 % , my mother 12.5 %, mother sister 12.5 %). The elder brother of my mother delayed the signing and got his percentage of share at a higher price, and some how her daughters were also made to sign and got respectlvely 35 lacs each. My mother is now upset. First of all she agreed at 12.5 % and how come mothers elder brothers daughter's got money for signing. Now she thinks she is cheated. What can she do now.?
All of them (Younger Mama ,my mother, mothers sister got settlement amount three years ago.
