Signatories of balance sheet of rwa

If there is change in RWA office bearers after 31st march and the balance sheet is prepared during the tenure of new office bearers, then who would sign balance sheet of the Group housing society. Whether it would be new office bearers or the previous ones.

The balance sheet is to be signed by the outgoing committee members and not the new incumbents.
