Hello Sir
Very recently I have finished the sale deed; in the sale deed, myself and Seller attached photo copy of “Ration card” as Identity proof, but the Seller did not sign on his photocopy of identity but I have signed on his copy.
Is it a problem?; if yes how I can rectify the same?

No need to worry. Once the sale deed is registered, it the burden of the registration office. Make a representation before the registration office, they will rectify the problem.
