Hello,
I wanted to understand if a scanned signature is valid on a loan agreement between 2 people or between a company and an individual in terms of using the agreement at a later date in the court of law?

The onus falls on the person.,whose says his signature is scanned and used for some other purpose. Once it is proved it wont be considered as a valid evidence.

No,as per settled law the scanned signature are not allowed as an evidence or to make an agreement effective, insted of this the digital signature is consider valid and allowed and it is effective and it will create legal right between the parties.consequently the digital signature should be used rather than scanned signature.
