Hello everyone,
if a flat is on the joint name of husband and wife wherein husband is the first owner and wife is the 2nd owner. In order to sell the flat, is the presence of the wife (2nd owner) required during the part and final registry Or can the husband (1st owner) sign on the wife's behalf during the registration(part and final)?
