A district court judge pronounced judgement in a civil case 3 weeks ago in our favour. However, the order is yet to be signed. We have waited long for the process to be completed and this additional delay in signing the order is causing a lot of stress. Is there any guidance on how long the Hon. Judge can take to sign the order? Can we request the judge to sign the order soon or will this be viewed as trying to influence the process?
