Sikhs and the Hindus

as per Art. 25 of the Constitution the sikhs are included in the definition on hindus though their marriage law and customary laws are differrnt and thus they find difficulties.

but probably the founding fathers of our Constitution have termed sikhs , jains , buddhists as hindus as all of them owe their origin to the Vedas and thus their underlying principle is same though thre may be minor variation in customs but special laws may well solve it. otherwis e our national integration will be at great threat.

National integration is already under threat from separatists, Naxalites, Moists, Ulfas as well as regional Satraps ruling the States.

Can you beat it? Marathi only taxi drivers in Maharashtra? Politicians can go to any extent in one up manship and settling scores.

Modern day rulers are not supposed to see anything.

Sorry. Except pink notes and Swiss accounts. Also babus who partner them in their misdeeds and police who protect them.

Humant nature being what it is, we would have become corrupt too but for the missed opportunities.

Not only for marriages but for all that is good for leading a normal life.

Practically impossible. For that deep thinking and sacrifice is required. For a society to function optimally, aggrement must be there on maximum points.
