SLP in SC

Respected experts, Divorce decree ( contested) was granted in favour of the husband by Family Court. Wife filed Mat Appeal in High Court against the Family Court judgement but got dismissed. Now the wife files SLP before the Supreme Court. Could you please enlighten about the success rate of SLP in SC. What should be the strategy to get it dismissed. Regards.

Dear!

The success rate in this case is high as the Supreme Court shall definitely take note that the learned lower courts have given the decision in your favor based upon reason and application of mind. However, a certain answer could be given based on the technicalities of the case, had they been disclosed by you. Also the fate may depend upon how well the petitioner convinces the court. Hold your grounds as you have before, you have the case inclined.

Good Luck!
