In small cause court, plaintiff has just filed evidence after 2 years.
How do we insist that he pays proper stamp fees before the trial starts? before the next hearing?
Or,is too late to bring to the notice of the judge?
Are we at the mercy of the court, or it is a law that can be enforced?
I think it is logical that proper stamp fees should be paid.
