I am fighting against my wifes arrogance and cruel nature and going to file for Divorce.I have several SMS which is sent by my wife which is very cruel.I just need to submit that as a proof of cruelty.I doubt my wife will deny these sms.So its better if I get it from my service provider.Please share your suggestion for the below queries:
1. Do I need to get these SMS contents from my service providers legally to prove the cruelty?.
2. If so how can i get access to those?.
3. How long the private service providers(Airtel,vodafone,aircell,etc..) store CDR and SMS contents?
