Social media & judicial officers(judges/magistrates,etc)

Being involved in a legal matter, it has come to my notice that judicial officers like judges, magistrates, public prosecutors, police officers, and even some lawyers, go through your social media accounts and try to find your financial status so as to extract maximum money from you. It is my suggestion to ALL PUBLIC at large, that in case you get involved in any criminal matter, then 'subdue' your social media accounts. Eg, remove foreign visit pics, and the like. Be as sober on the net as you can be.

There was a judge who took 8 lakh rupees for anticipatory bail, yet rejected bail after receiving the amount.

When you have any proof/evidence in the matter then proceed legally.

Your message can be taken as a good advice but the allegations about judicial officer, unless you have substantial documentary evidence, better avoid posting such sensitive matters.

Unbelievable statement.

Such aspertion against the Magistrate may lend you behind bars, if concerned Magistrate came to know and you may not have any evidence to that effect.

It is advisable to avoid posting such opinion / suggestion(s), it is on the public domain.

This is not the place to express your grievances in this regard.

You may approach appropriate legal forum with evidences requesting the relief
