Hi,
I'm an resident of my society which is situated in Dombivli.
while registering the society and taking full ownership from the builder; the builder has submitted all the legal land related documents which says that the said society is the sole owner of the land and property etc.
Even it's mentioned that the land owner has sold the land to the builder and same proof of letter has been provided by the builder to the society.
However, the land owner has sought noc from his lawyer and claims that the 20 sq. ft. land from society main entrance/gate the builder has not paid him and still belongs to him.
I wanted to know if from documents which shows clearly that the builder has purchased all the land including above mentioned from landowner is valid if we to hire our legal lawyer and if move forward.
