I live in s leasehold flat in a cooperative housing society in Delhi which is in the name of my deceased grandmother.

Due to some dispute i have not paid maintainence for  last year or so and i wished to know

a)what steps can the society take against me for recovery

b)what are societys powers which means can they disconnect electricity, gas etc and/or bar me from entering the flat

1) Suit for recovery lies.

2) After legal procedure, common services can be curtailed / cutoff.
