Society member is right to ask books of account of balance sheet

I am member of NHPC society in greater noida which comes under cooperative society in UP. Do I have right to take the books of account of balance sheet from society executive body or not. As I doubt that executive body are using the wrong place of society fund as my hard money of society maintenance. Kindly guide me with rule
