We have a Flat owners welfare society. I am the treasure for the society. For the Year 2015-16 the Secretart has taken the documents, vouchurs and receipt books saying he will complete the Audit. Now one year has passed yet he has not completed the Audit.
What legal actions can I take to get all the documents back and start the Audit in freah manner?
