If society is not maintaing proper minute book priscribed by the housing federation and instead notings are done on sheet of typed or hand written papers with signatures of all the members on other page is it legal? Because there are chances of altering the page of notings afterwards according to the wishes of society comittee.If it is incorrect what is the legal procedure to take action against the society's comittee.
