Society share certificate

If a secretary of the society has resigned, then in his absence who has the authority to to transfer the share certificates of the said flat.

The Secretary is legally obliged to continue to perform his duties till his resignation is accepted and a new person is appointed. Either of the secretaries may sign the share certificate.
