Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me in providing some information of the problem?

NO agreement made by the tenent and the landload, have not been receiving any rent since 10yrs, shop have been closed since then when asking to vacant the shop they are asking for lump-sum amount for vacanting the land or they are asking us the permission of opening a new shop(work n name shall be changed in which we used to provide the receipt). but the tenant died n the shop is taken by there sons. have the receipt of the before and last rent.

Now the landowner want the shop/land back wht can he do?

*Landlord died n the sons have the deed.

Every state has its own rent laws that provide grounds for eviction. Generally, non payment of rent and  non user of the premises for the purpose for which it was let are also the grounds for eviction of a tenant .  So check out for the rent laws in your state.
