1.dv filed by wife 1.5 yrs back awaitimg summons,rcr and 125running in fly court, husband divorce, in mediation inspite of filling divorce husbands takes wife to rented accommodation from where wife runs back to a flat owned by husband but gifted to mother before all filing of cases. 2.now any fly member doesn't go back to the flat to fight sensing 498 and dv....but dv filed awaiting summons since 1.5 yrs. 3.in both rcr and divorce husband says ready to cohab but desertion by wife . 4.husband asking wife to join at ancestral hiuse and not the above flat which now in moms name.....wife reluctant sensing husband will sell off the flat..... 5.she even not interested in co hab ,wants divorce but huge alimony so not agreeing for mcd.....just wants to harass..... 6.parents of husband too old to file civil suits and injunctions......the flat is just at a calls distance from wife mothers residence so have captured it..... 7.how to vacate or dismiss dv which is pending in criminal court...
