my wife deserted me and my son 2 years ago.because my 6 years son old suffered from blood cancer.she said that she can not spoil her life.now I am treating my child from pgi chandigarh.when she left us she was pregnant and gave birth to a male babi who is 1 and half yesrs old now. now after two years I have put a contested divorce case. we both are govt employeesi am much educated and having senior post and higher salary than her. can I seek the custody of my second son ? what are the chances ?
