Sons right on mother property

Dear Sir,

My father passed away long back, before that my father purchased all properties on my mother name,my mother

never worked and house wife(not much edjucated)  and I have one  brother is it I am having equal share on my mother property, please let me know any judjements on this issue

No Subsisting Right over mother's property. However if you can prove father's intention to create a trust for your benefit though mother was the name lender - you stand a chance.

Consult a local property lawyer !
