My sister want to file a criminal case againt purchaser of his plot because purchaser has made a registery on a fake gpa. She wanted to file a case but she can not come to attend the court on every date. Can I get a SPA from her in my name and defend her case. whenever court desire his presence is she will come. Pl help me in this respect.

It is possible. Please consult a criminal lawyer and get the specific special power of attorney for filing complaint and prosecution related matters. The draft may be sent to her and she can execute the same on plain paper abroad, duly notarized/attested before the embassy and send it to India. When received India present it before stamping authorities for stamping the POA and proceed.
