CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN ME SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT?,ACTUALLY I M GOING TO MARRY A GIRL WHO IS FROM SAME CAST,I WENT TO A BROKER WHO HAS GIVEN ME A APPLICATION FORM UNDER SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT? I HAVE A DOUBT ABOUT THIS SMACT .I HAVE CONVINCE HER PARENTS ABOUT MARRIAGE BUT THEY ARE NOT READY ..SO FINALLY I CAME TO THIS DECISION ...PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS PROBLEM
