U can sue your husband under section 498. Dont worry about the child because the custody of child whose age is less than 5 years is given to mother. No need to carry such painful relationship. Be brave and make yourself capable to fight with the world.

  Thank you for your advice.....I have all the proof of  my husband and his family demanding dowary and threating me that he will marry another woman,,,,I am not the first victim in his family..before me his brother's first wife has been thrown out and he has married a girl from the family and has children without divoce...they r doing the same for me....need more advice...I fear for my life and my son's ...I don't want to go and stay with me....please advice....
