Specimen of deed of sale

Dear all,

Could any one provide me with a MASTER SPECIMEN OF DEED OF SALE ( of a property) which shall cover every possible topics that generally needs our attention. Our comapny is going forward with a deed of sale of one of its properties & hence we need to cover even miniscule points that requires our attention. Hence it will be really kind if anyone could provide me with a deed of sale that shall take care of all such important points a master specimen to speak of.
