Speedy disposal of appeal in acquittal 498a after lim.period

Hello everyone.

I am trying to get answer for whats the way to get speedy disposal of appeal against acquittal in 498a. i tried in different post but i havent got any answer.

So please provide me with this. pending limitation petition if condoned what and how i could maintain speedy disposal of appeal acquittal in 498a. which filed after appeal period

Have you received notice from appellate court? I presume you are an acquitted accused.

Yes i am an acquitted. the appeal was filed after 6 months with condone delay petition by state in district. Not yet condoned. Yes , received notices.

I need these advices with simple sense i cannot understand legal way.

1) do i have to bail again. bail baonds from acquitted case not yet taken back?

2)if condoned with delay, what should i do for speedy disposal ?

3) if i grieved with condone delay petition can i go for revision or appeal on that condone petition?
