My friend has a matrimonial issue with his wife since 2 years. He came to know from a source that her wife
filed a complaint Case u/s 200 CrPC though he hasn't received any summon/notice from the court yet. And he also came to know from a source that the status of the mentioned case is SR/AD/Appearence on the next day.
Now my queries are -
1. What does it mean ? Plz elaborate the concept of SR/AD/Appearence.
2. As my friend does not receive any summom or notice, then what will he do now ?
Please help.
Your friend need not be bothered unless he receives the summons from the Court or the police calls him for recording his evidence.
