Hi. I wanted to know if renting the commercial developed by SRA is legal? While I read its not legal under residential property, how about commercial space?
In SRA Allotment letters/Agreements, it is generally seen that clause is included restricting the allottee from creating third party rights or or letting out the premises for a minimum x period however prior NOC for letting out the premises can be arranged from the authority. you are advised to check the papers for any search restriction. this will help you to decide whether to go for NOC or not.
