sra flat help

I have a sra flat in mumbai. The 10year lock in period is about to get over in 1month. The problem is that thr builder has changed our surname (FIRST name Correct) on the maintenance bill and share certificate. But our surname on the agreement is proper. Please tell me what should I do now and how I should get the name corrected.

Plz make an affidavit mentioning all the facts of the sruname and the error done it. and along with the affiavit write a letter to the society Committee and wait for few days and if the society doest not bring the changes on record than foward the same letter to the S. R.A authority
