Dear Sir/Madam,
I have an SRA property in Mumbai which is now 12 years of age. we want to sell this property due to some emergency. however our building secreratory has changed recently post elections.
And since this new secreratory has come it's very difficult to sell flat. god know what he says to buyers that they don't come back to buy. we had discussion in this regards with him but he said that he himself will arrange for buyer and asked us to give 3, 4 months timing.
please guide .
