dear members, about three years back i read an answer relating to the stamp act.the problem is there dispute between the two parties.the document filed in to the case not purchased neithe vendor nor vendee,it stands in the name of other person .in such a case my ld friend i am not remember his name sent a citation to the thread which clearly say that there is no necessity to purchase non judicial stamp paper who are parties in the document . plz specify the citation.
