What is the rate of STAMP DUTY and REGISTRATION CHARGES in Surat, Gujarat on purchase of flat?
If I purchase a flat of Rs. 30 lakhs, out of which Rs. 14 lakhs given by my mother and rest Rs. 16 lakhs controbuted by me via LOAN ON MY NAME, can I make all the documents and flat on my mother's name?
In short I want to purchase flat on my mother's name. Is that possible?
