1) I have booked a commercial space in 2005 and paid inisntallemnets Got possesion in 2006 but due to dispute with builder he refused to do sale deed.
2) Now in 2014 court has ordered builder to execute sale deed.
3) Govt Circle rates have increased 8 times now .My question is on what value stamp duty be calculated .I am original alloteee of freehold approved commercial area.e
I have even paid builder for stamp charges at that time
I will be greatfull if some law / authority is provided on it
