Dear friends and seniors! Kindly give the recent G.O. number regarding to the levying the stamp duty in respect of gift settlement deeds in between / among the blood relatives. previously it was 3% on the market value. But now the sub registrars in A.P. saying that the stamp duty on the Gift deeds is increased to 5% on the market value. I request all to kindly inform the G.O. number if any available from August 2013 till date. With regards....
