stamp duty matter....

One property was sold by 'A' to 'B' . Afterwards 'B' sold it to 'C' . 'C' then sold the same property to 'D' after few years. Again, after few years 'D' sold this property to 'E'.

'E' was in financial crisis and thus offered to mortgage this property to a bank for a loan. While doing 'title search' , bank's empannelled advocate observed that on a sale deed between 'B' and 'C' there was a noting of 'INSUFFICIENT STAMP DUTY' made by subregistrar's office.

What shall be the effect of this in title search ?
