Stamp Duty on moveable property i.e. Cash Gift in blood relation
Pl. clarify what will be the " Stamp Duty " If Any, if someone in blood relation gives Cash Gift using Gift Deed and want to get it registered too.
What is the value (in the court of law) of a Cash Gift Deed without REGISTRATION
