Stamp duty on partition

What is the stamp duty payable on partition of HUF. Is the largest share after the partition excluded from calculating the stamp duty in Mumbai?

If you have the partition deed ready then contact the subregistrar's office where the property is located along with that copy and ask for exact amount of stamp duty and registration charges. You will get your answer.
