I want to know that about up stamp duty rate in gst regim
Homebuyers in Uttar Pradesh must pay stamp duty worth nearly 7% of transaction charges. In addition, they are mandated to register the purchased property under the current circle rate fixed by the Government.
Male: 7%
Female: 6%
