Stamp paper

Dear Team,

We have a property dispute going on with my Uncle in pune session court. He has produced some evidence on stamp paper signed by my grandfather which is neither registered nor notary and neither is a WILL. On examining it closely I found that he has modified the stamp paper purchaser name to show its been purchased by my grandfather (his own name has been striked out and is clearly seen). However he has signed as a buyer of stamp paper. I am very sure he has done some fraud here so would like to ask you all the procedure to file RTI to know actually who purchased the stamp paper. I would highly appreciate your help as this would help me immensely in the case

Kind regards.

first of all you go to registration office  or mro office or Rdo office to find out when it is sold  or purchsed by youy uncle next  find out some old documents wich is signed b y your grand father

those papers will  help you you in future to prove that documnets are are forged. ok
