Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I would like to know under which section is it required to purchase stamp paper in name of either of the parties.
I understand that since 1/5/1994, it's mandatory to purchase stamp paper in the name of either of the parties.

I don’t do think there is any section as such, technically stamps are purchased for making affidavit, agreement, contacts and like purpose. Price of stamp is kind of fees which person buying pays to the government and fess should be charged from person who will use the stamp paper rather than third party

An honest man doesn't feel it necessary to know the Section.
Men will start purchasing stamp papers under fictitious names and sell them after many years to fraudulent buyers.
