Stamp paper date and execution of agreement

I have done a business transaction on 10/9/2015 from a vendor at mutually agreed rates. Later as per my company norms, i drafted a business agreement from 01/09/2015 to 31/03/2017.

Since i was running short of stamp paper, bought stamp paper date 21/09/2015 and drafted agreement with above dates mentioned.

Is this agreement valid and acceptable. Please clarify

Its depends upon the drafting. If it is specifically stated in the deed that the oral agreement already entered between the parties concerned are subsequently reduced in writting for confirmation, then it is valid one.
