On one of our imported products (Biscuits), MRP was printed but "inclusive of Taxes" was not mentioned. The company has received a notice from the Legal Metrology Inspector of a specified area in a state. We are given an option to Compound the Offence by paying penalty. Now the question is after compounding the offence, is the company immune if we receive the notice on the same grounds from a different jurisdiction. Kindly Clarify.
