Standing orders

I am working in an e-commerce Company. My query is does an E-commerce company come under the definition of Industrial Establishment for the purpose of framing Standing Orders under Industrial Establishment (Standing Orders) ACt? Is it necessary for such a Company to even follow model standing orders or it can frame and follow its own policies and guidelines without any reference to model standing orders or  registeration of  the standing orders.
