Dear All, Does a private sector bank having branches all across the country need to file Standing Orders? If yes , where can we get a copy of the same? Regards, Rajeev

Dear Rajeev 1978

Every public sector and private sector bank must have its own standing orders which should be  negotiated with recognised union. If no standing orders exist, then model standing orders of the government will apply to any institution including bank
