The charges have not been framed in section 326 case. The accused is just appearing in front of the judge and the judge gives next date.
When will he be asked for his statement and when is he asked if he is guilty or not. There is confusion when it happens so asking as one does not have knowledge. Please guide me on this.
Also, I have heard lawyers take money per hearing but my lawyer is saying you pay me later. What is the cost of lawyers fees for fighting a case under section 326 in metros. I want to know the range if not exact figure.
