Law regards you as innocent until you are convicted of an offence. It is a different thing that in society, your reputation may go down the moment you are arrested and charge sheeted. Even after acquittal in a criminal case, you may not be able to fully redeem your social prestige though you can avoid serious adverse consequences of a conviction and imprisonment.

Even the false cases has to be fought on merits and you are innocent till decided otherwise by the court of law.

Please apply of Speedy Trial on Top priority. Always remember that the burden to prove her allegation lies on her. An accused is not a criminal until convicted.
Once you are out then you can sue writ petition (Article 226) against the state and her since your personal liberty has been deprived and prey for cost (minimum 10 Lakhs) and appropriate mandamus/directions to the state to take action against her.
