1. IF Tenancy Agreement has clauses to automatically vacate on expiry of Tenancy period without extension provisions, THEN the Tenant has to vacate by legal default and Tenant will be deemed to be Trespassing on the property.
2. Subject to above, police FIR can be done against the Tenant, for Trespassing & Intimidation etc....
