In Gujarat, Is there a statute of limitation for property dispute? If a property is tranferred to a grand son by panchayat in village based on grandfather's will (NO WILL or documents other than panchayat meeting notes are available) and If the property is not disputed for more than 25+ years in a family by other legal heirs, can someone start a litigation after 25+ years? So the question is strictly on statute of limitation if exist in such cases in Gujarat
