I have stay from high court in execution proceedings on impunged order. will the stay lapse after 6 months ?(Recent judgement by SUPREME COURT)
or will it be in force until further order by high court. thanks
Stay will stand vacated automatically in absence of extension of stay by subsequent order of the High court.
